Using of non-Latin characters

I want to use non-Latin characters in the subject line and file name. But here's what I have after posting Кузнецов.Симдянов.PHP.Практика.Создания.Веб.Сайтов.djvu: Êóçíåöîâ.Ñèìäÿíîâ.PHP.Ïðàêòèêà.Ñîçäàíèÿ.Âåá.Ñàéòîâ.djvu (CP1252)  . What's the problem? In the PowerPost or Usenet design?

Try another posting program and test it, or try different posting programs...
I'd like to hear what your progress is with that.



For now I haven't got a clue for what is causing this, maybe there's a reader who can give a clue...  :o
